Our reservationists are available by phone or email Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Call us at 1-216-375-9887 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes can be made by calling our office and speaking with a reservationist. If you are changing your reservation on a short notice, we will do our best to accommodate but it's not guaranteed. There is a minimum of two hour charge for any accepted transportation reservation regardless of distance and duration.
A credit card is required to make any reservation. Any airport reservation cancelled within a seventy two (72) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base/Hourly Rate, Driver Gratuity, and any accumulated expenses. Any other reservation that is canceled within a one week (7 days) of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full hourly rate for the required minimum hours that was agreed upon at the time of booking less the deposit. By booking a reservation, you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.
The following services require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking: Proms, Night on the Town, Concerts, Weddings, or Special Events require a 50% deposit. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions that result in the inability to traverse the roads.
No Show Policy
Airport: We constantly monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to notify our office as soon as possible if there is a change in your flight information. If you fail to show up and there has not been any contact with Rockstar Black after 15 minutes, you maybe considered a “No Show” and be billed the full fee including the Base/Hourly Rate, Driver Gratuity and any accumulated expenses.
Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price including base rate, driver gratuity and any accumulated expenses.
Damage and Liability Disclaimer
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle(s) including a minimum $250 car cleaning fee in some cases. Rockstar Black is not responsible for passenger expenses in the event of a mechanical failure. Rockstar Black is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. We ask that you check thoroughly before you leave our vehicle.
